Very disappointed not luxury !
Positive: The view was exceptional
Negative: Broken door, had to ask for a locksmith .
Dirty oven tray , washing left in washing machine, broken toilet seat , broken shower above bath , no mattress protection , all bedding not matching and all crumpled, stains on mattress and very uncomfortable .
No bottle/corkscrew opener ,Tv didn’t turn on ( apparently it takes 15 minutes to do this )
Incorrect postcode and only 1 key and fob to main building.
Broken blinds in bedroom hanging off the rail.
