Host solved a problem and demonstrated professionalism
Positive: We didn’t stay in the property advertised so I can’t comment on the actual flat, location or other characteristics.
For some reason the host missed our booking.
When we arrived and called them, although we’d caught them back footed, they found a solution and upgraded us to an available property with minimal fuss. Hence I can attest to the professionalism of the host, but can’t say anything about the property itself.
